The only mod I see is the Collision % Mod of +10.
I do not see a specfic 'sequence of play' for this situation. Appears to me to be:
a)I16-2 declares a range 1 head on attack during movement.
b)The 109 may respond. It kinda seems the 109 must say wether he will respond or not at this point... agree?
c)The attacker, and Defender if he has declared he will respond in kind, make Determination rolls.
d)Those who pass the determination dr resolve ther shot. If both do combat is 'simultaneous' as no 'defensive' fire.
e)Collision check if called for.
The situation here is a little unclear.
A Danger Zone does not exsist until a headon is declared:
"If a head-on attack is declared from within the CRR, a "Danger–Zone" ... becomes active"
This attack at range 1 is *already* in the just created(?) Danger Zone.
A Danger Zone triggers a collision check when:
"If either A/C enters the DZ of the other during post-attack movement, a collision check is made per Rule 3.3."
Seems like there should be a collsion check for hex 3537, maybe not. There will be one for the next FP to 3637-3638 as the Russian has yet to cross the 109'2 3oclock-9oclok line (hes on it).
