I did a search in the rules for 'drop tank' and 'inverted'. There many things
an A/C can not do if inverted such as they can not drop bombs or 'free fall
weapons'. Drop tanks not mentioned. However I suppose we can count them as
'free fall weapons' (you dont want to get hit in head by one).
See what happens... (after spend 2+ hours, I was climbing..)
Both A/C loaded, 2/3 of em. pwr of 6 is 4.
Both A/C will attempt to drop tanks at end of move.
If move OK its ok to go ahead roll for the drop tanks dr's.
