I think there are a number of Fraticide possibilities. One idea
is just to roll for all Wildcats then check... might be faster/easier.
To be eligible must be in front arc and Vertical FoF. Just looking I see:
F1 threatens D9 only (one is enough)
F2 threatens D8, D9
F3 no one
F4 threatens D1, D2 (may have to make 2nd dr)
Also OK for Japanese to make the Fratricide dr as they are the ones
who pick who shoots who... and roll for such attack.
